Although the space is shared, Glow Haus Studio operates independently and provides a fully private esthetics experience. There is free parking located in the back lot. Please use the rear entrance. Because the door is coded, upon arrival please text or call (973) 303-0609 to let me know you’re here so I can buzz you in and guide you to the treatment room. Cancellation Policy

Payments Glow Haus Studio accepts cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Please note that a standard credit card processing fee (as charged by GlossGenius) applies to all card transactions. Deposits A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. For rebooking after a cancellation, a new deposit will be required. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waitlist. No Shows If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals A 10 minute grace period is allowed. Please note that arriving late will shorten your treatment time so that we can stay on schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a cancellation. Refunds Glow Haus Studio has a No Refund Policy for all services. However, under certain circumstances, a credit toward future services may be issued at the studio’s discretion. Black Friday Gift Card Promo Policies With the purchase of $100, you will receive two $50 Glow Credits. Each credit must be redeemed during separate appointments and is non-refundable. Glow Credits expire six months from the purchase date and may be gifted to another person. Credits are not valid on retail purchases or combined with other promotions.
